Print Release Party
It’s time for our Print Release Party! Come to the Trinity College Bar Friday 6th November 2026, and enjoy a CLC themed cocktail to celebrate the release of this year’s print, ‘Margins’, which can be bought for £2 and picked up at the MMLL library.
Get tipsy and sway your hips to international music (or do so sober with our equally delicious non-alcoholic options!). We look forward to seeing you and do get in contact for any further details on the event or our print release!

Karaoke Night
A night of singing, dancing, and meeting new people at Clare Cellars. Maybe you’ll even be brave enough to have a stab at a song in another language?
Varsity Swap
Celebrate Bridgemas with your fellow student journalists! The CLC have been invited to Varsity’s last pub social of term. As well as getting into the festive spirit a little too early, the event is also about sending off the latest Varsity print edition in style. For us, it’s a chance to meet new people, pick some brains, and drink a pint or two! I’ve heard some are wearing Christmas garb and even going to MASH afterwards… Hope to see you there.
Attraverso Swap
Recover from Week 5 with a relaxed writing workshop on the theme of escapism with Attraverso Zine, a student-run publication all about poetry translation and the polysemy of language. Find us on the two big tables on the ground floor of Waterstones cafe (Sidney Street).
Print Launch
Come celebrate the release of the CLC's annual print edition at Caius Bar! Make sure you get there between 7:30 and 8:30 for happy hour prices. All contributors will get a free print edition at the event. Otherwise, if you want a copy, make sure to fill out this Google Form BEFORE the event.
Fresher’s Fair
Come find us at Stall No. C12, Marquee 1 at Fresher’s Fair on Parker’s Piece to learn more about how to get involved with the CLC (see this map). The fair runs on Tuesday 7th and Wednesday 8th October from 10am to 4pm. There are quieter access hours on Tuesday from 3-4pm and Wednesday from 10am-11am. A welfare space is available for all attendees.
